Concierge Services

Every itinerary is designed around you — your pace, your preferences, your people.

Whether you’re here for a restorative weekend, a family getaway, or a celebratory escape, I’ll curate experiences that feel effortless and deeply connected to the spirit of the Berkshires. From restaurant reservations and private chefs to hidden hiking spots, spa sessions, and local artisans, every detail is handled so you can simply arrive and enjoy.

How It Works

  • Step 1 - Connect & Discover

Start by filling out a quick inquiry form or scheduling a short call. We’ll chat for about 15 minutes to get a sense of what you’re looking for — whether that’s a quiet weekend in Lenox, a family retreat, or an adventure-filled getaway.

This first conversation helps me understand your vibe, your must-haves, and how hands-on you’d like me to be.

  • Step 2 - Curate & Design

If we’re a good fit, I’ll follow up with a simple agreement and a deeper planning session (via Zoom or phone).

During this consult, we’ll map out your ideal stay — lodging, dining, activities, and any personal touches you’d love.

Within a week, you’ll receive a detailed custom itinerary with options and recommendations. We’ll refine it together until it feels exactly right.

  • Step 3 - Plan & Prepare

Once you’ve approved your itinerary, I’ll handle all the arrangements — from reservations and tickets to chef bookings, wellness sessions, and local transportation.

As your arrival approaches, I’ll confirm every detail so you can simply arrive, relax, and enjoy a perfectly planned Berkshires experience.

Let’s Make It Easy

Everything you need to know before we start planning your perfect Berkshires getaway.

  • I help visitors and locals experience the Berkshires without the stress of planning. That means I handle trip design, reservations, activity planning, and on-the-ground coordination — everything from dining and lodging to private chef dinners, spa sessions, and curated experiences.

  • My clients range from weekend travelers and second-home owners to event hosts and retreat organizers. Whether you’re visiting for 48 hours or staying for the season, I create seamless experiences tailored to your goals and schedule.

  • Ideally, at least 2–3 weeks before your desired visit — but if you’re planning last-minute, reach out anyway. I’m local and often able to accommodate shorter notice, especially for smaller groups or single-day experiences.

  • It depends on the level of service. Most clients choose a flat-rate package starting at $250 for itinerary design or starting at $750 for full-service planning (including bookings and on-call coordination). I’ll always provide a clear quote before we begin.

  • My fee covers the time, research, and coordination involved in creating your personalized itinerary — including communication with local vendors, reservations, and curated recommendations. You’ll never pay hidden markups; all vendor and ticket costs are passed directly to you.

  • Yes. Once your itinerary is approved, I’ll handle all bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups so you can just show up and enjoy.

  • Absolutely. During our consultation, I’ll get a sense of your comfort level and design an experience that feels both thoughtful and realistic. Whether you want understated luxury or something simple and local, we’ll make it work.

  • Yes — for select packages. Many clients love having text-based or on-call support while they’re in town for last-minute changes, reservations, or local guidance.

  • I serve the entire Berkshire region — including Great Barrington, Lenox, Stockbridge, Williamstown, Pittsfield, and surrounding towns. If you’re staying just outside the area, I can often extend my network to help coordinate logistics.

  • Yes. I often collaborate with wedding planners, photographers, wellness instructors, and other vendors to manage guest experiences or weekend itineraries around major events.

  • Definitely. I love designing multi-day experiences that blend nature, food, wellness, and connection.

  • Because much of the work happens upfront, planning fees are non-refundable once your itinerary has been delivered. However, I’ll always work to adjust bookings or shift dates where possible.

  • Just fill out the quick inquiry form or schedule a 15-minute call — we’ll discuss your goals, timeline, and what you’d love to experience. From there, I’ll provide a proposal and we’ll begin crafting your Berkshires getaway.
